Study Lines

To ensure an academic focus and progression, at least 30 ECTS points must be achieved among the technological specialization courses, which are distributed in the following three study lines:

• Signal and model based diagnostics
• Image diagnostics and radiation physics
• Biomechanics and biomaterials

These sites are essential in planning the course of study since they show most placements of the general competence courses and technological specialization courses. Note that the spring term is rather busy. This is partly due to the fact that there is only one spring term in the schedule. However if you plan to prolong your study with 6 month you can achieve an extra spring term as the master thesis should be placed in the end. If planning a study abroad then note that one of the criterions for choice of term should be whether you can attend your mandatory courses.

The students are responsible for planning their study in details themselves. This also applies for the dealing with course chains. Pay attention to the preconditions in the line Biomechanics and biomaterials.
